FCR= Fusarium Crowun Rot ( F. o. f. sp. radicis-lycopersici )

ASC= Alternaria Stem Canker( Alternaria alternata f. sp. lycopersici )

EB= Early Blight ( Alternaria solani)

GLS= Gray Leaf Spot ( Stemphylium spp)

ToLM= Tomato leaf Mould ( Cladosporium Fulvia Cooke)



BSK= Bacterial Speck ( Pseudomonas syringae pv. tomato)

BST= Bacterial Spot ( Xanthomonas campestris pv. vesicatoria)

BCK= Bacterial Canker( Clavibacter michiganensis)

BWT= Bacterial Wilt ( Ralstonia solanacearum)



N= Root Knot Nematode ( Meloidogyne incognita )



TSWV= Tomato Spotted Wilt Virus

ToMV= Tbacco Mosaic Virus

TYLCV= Tomato Yellow Leaf Curl Virus
R= Resistance. Resistant varieties may exhibit some symptoms when specified pathogen or pest pressure is severe. New or atypical strains of the specific pathogen or pest may overcome the resistance.

IR= Intermidiate Resistance. IR varieties will perform better than susceptible varieties under moderate to severe pathogen or pest pressure. But It may have a heavier symptoms compared to resistance varieties under same pressure.
